FRIEZE WEEK LONDON 2026 fiere e mostre - Mending the Body Through Art
On 2-3 October 2026, Palazzo Olivetti Rason in Florence hosts “Mending the Body Through Art,” an interdisciplinary gathering exploring how art illuminates healing, restoration, and repair. Held during the Biennale Internazionale dell’Antiquariato di Firenze (BIAF), the project draws on kintsugi — the Japanese art of repairing ceramics with precious metals — to reframe restoration as a lens on the human body and wellbeing. A private roundtable on 3 October unites bioengineers, psychologists, artists, curators, and clinicians. On 4 October, the conversation opens to the public with talks and a commissioned musical performance. - Lucia Guadalupe Guillén

Here wee are again, in London there are a lot of gooooood vibes for contemporary art. Everybody’s ready to shake hands and make deals around art. The main auction houses are set and dedicated to it. On the other hand, fairs are ready to open their doors to collectors with desire for contemporary WOMEN artists and a lot of painting as preferred medium. Either abstract or realistic.
